Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise workflow and digital services platform within a regulated international environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle of platform initiatives, translating business priorities into actionable delivery plans, aligned with governance requirements and long-term technology objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities,

Qualifications

8+ years with ServiceNow including enterprise-scale delivery
Experience in portfolio management or enterprise platform leadership
Experience leading global cross-functional teams and delivery partners

Responsibilities

Own the ServiceNow product portfolio and end-to-end demand-to-delivery lifecycle
Define and maintain multi-year ServiceNow roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, AI, automation
Drive demand evaluation, capacity planning, and backlog readiness
Lead portfolio planning and delivery governance balancing new initiatives and maintenance
Establish agile and hybrid delivery practices across product, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations
Manage release planning and governance including testing, approvals, and change management
Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and value realization; escalate cross-functional issues
