Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise workflow and digital services platform in a regulated international environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle from strategy to delivery, aligning business priorities with governance and technology objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow delivery and governance experience.
• Proven background in product portfolio management or enterprise platform leadership.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong knowledge of demand management, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, release management, and portfolio reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and collaboration/reporting tools.
• Fluent English, with ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow product portfolio and end-to-end demand-to-delivery lifecycle.
• Define and maintain multi-year ServiceNow roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, AI, automation, integrations, and evolution.
• Drive demand evaluation, value assessment, capacity planning, and backlog readiness.
• Lead portfolio planning and delivery governance balancing new initiatives, maintenance, upgrades, and operations.
• Establish and oversee agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams.
• Manage release planning and governance including testing, approvals, documentation, and change management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, metrics, adoption, and value realization.
