Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term insurance-sector project. You will design, develop, and enhance solutions built on ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine while supporting multiple workstreams and system integrations.

This remote role offers collaboration with a talented team, delivering automated workflows and stable production environments, and building platform components such as BRs, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workspaces, and Dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM with CSA certification.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine and building flows using Flow Designer.
• Practical knowledge of IntegrationsHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Strong testing methodologies and experience in unit, system, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in managing deployment processes and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine solutions.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop platform components including BRs, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workspaces, and Dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, and middleware technologies.
