Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Wroclaw to drive platform improvements and deliver robust IT service management solutions. The role emphasizes IRM integration, risk management, and extensive scripting in ServiceNow.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design reviews, and participate in upgrades while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Fluency in Polish and English, and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and compliance frameworks within IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators, and IRM dashboards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and requirement analysis.
• Contribute to design reviews, Scrum ceremonies, and knowledge sharing.
• Perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Handle admin tasks: configuration, security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance user experience.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Create and modify Flow/Workflow, portals and widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and external ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
