Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term project in the insurance sector. This remote role lets you collaborate with a talented team while contributing to automated workflows and stable production environments.

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow CSM/FSO apps, build integrations via IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs, and support CI/CD deployments across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and CSA certification.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine and Flow Designer.
• Practical knowledge of integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience in unit, system, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in managing deployment processes and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilités

• Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine modules.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop platform components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workspaces, and Dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, and middleware technologies.
• Connect ServiceNow with cloud platforms and external systems, including Azure and AWS.
• Implement automation solutions, data synchronization, and orchestration processes across platforms.
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing while resolving identified defects.
• Support deployments, CI/CD activities, environment migrations, and post-production issue resolution.
