Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and extend our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will design, configure, and develop on ServiceNow with a focus on HRSD—case management, services, and lifecycle events.

You will build end-to-end solutions, create automated tests with ATF, and work with product owners and engineers to implement backlog items while ensuring secure, compliant, and well-documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong HRSD experience — HR services, case management, lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of core ServiceNow components: BRs, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, reports & dashboards.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF for test automation.
• Comfortable working in agile delivery teams.

• Design, configure, and develop on ServiceNow, with a focus on HRSD — HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, record producers, and lifecycle events
• Build end-to-end solutions: business rules, client/server scripts, UI actions, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog
• Create and maintain automated tests with ServiceNow ATF for strong regression coverage
• Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to shape implementation approaches and deliver backlog items
• Support production stability through defect fixing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement
• Deliver secure, compliant, well-documented solutions aligned with enterprise standards

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong HRSD experience — HR services, case management, COEs, employee lifecycle
• Solid grasp of core ServiceNow components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/Policies, Flow Designer & legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports & dashboards
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF for test automation
• Comfortable working in agile delivery teams

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD)
• Integration experience — REST APIs, import sets, transform maps
• Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules
• Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments
