Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Wrocław. You will implement, extend, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, aligning with best practices and client needs.

You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into high‑quality technical work, focusing on IRM/GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS and ITOM. This role emphasizes scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience with IRM / GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS or ITOM is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across supported modules.
• Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models according to functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, scripts includes, integrations, and ACLs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and quality assurance to ensure reliable delivery.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics elements.
• Cooperate with teams working across ServiceNow modules, including IRM / GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS, ITOM, and others.
