Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to enhance security tooling via ServiceNow SecOps. You will work within an Agile team, refining backlogs and planning sprints while delivering architecture-driven improvements.

The role focuses on threats, automation, and platform usability, with collaboration across stakeholders to align processes and capabilities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps, strong consulting and configuration management experience, and fluency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Deep expertise in Security Operations, Threat Analysis, and Threat Management.
• Experience in consulting and configuration management.
• Strong command of configuration design and threat response capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile product team environment.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Analyze current SecOps configuration and identify improvements.
• Drive enhancements within Threat Response and related ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Design and implement platform improvements to increase effectiveness, automation, and usability.
• Provide architectural and configuration guidance for the ServiceNow SecOps product.
• Collaborate with Accenture and internal stakeholders for alignment of processes and capabilities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story execution.
• Support innovation initiatives strengthening security operations and threat-management processes.
• Recommend best practices and future-state improvements for the ServiceNow SecOps ecosystem.

Requirements
