Sii Poland is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other modules. You will lead architectural decisions, support offers, and collaborate with clients across Europe and the US.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, 5+ years in implementations, and at least 2 years in an architect capacity. Strong English and Polish residency are essential for this position.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementations.
• 2+ years as ServiceNow Architect.
• Strong ITIL background.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Define optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identify, predict, and report technical risks in projects.
• Prepare documentation and presentations, including functional designs and integration documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support development of ServiceNow's service strategy.
