Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow Practice into its next era of innovation, spanning cloud, data, and AI to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

You will design, implement and govern ServiceNow architectures, guide engineers, collaborate with partners and clients, and help drive the AI agenda across projects.

Hybrid by design in Poland with options to work remotely, plus opportunities to work abroad up to 60 days and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of deep ServiceNow experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Certified ServiceNow professionals desirable (CSA, CIS, CAD, or similar).
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence.
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow partners and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures.
