Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow Practice into its next era of innovation, spanning cloud, data, and AI to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

You will design, implement and govern ServiceNow architectures, guide engineers, collaborate with partners and clients, and help drive the AI agenda across projects.

Hybrid by design in Poland with options to work remotely, plus opportunities to work abroad up to 60 days and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of deep ServiceNow experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Certified ServiceNow professionals desirable (CSA, CIS, CAD, or similar).
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting‑edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower our clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and our clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Architect and design products and solutions using the ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events). Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements
