Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, Elementary education, Human Services or related field.
• 1st aid, CPR Certification; Universal Precautions Certification; Directors Certification
• Two+ years of experience as a Site Manager or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure the program complies with licensing rules and safety regulations for a School-Age Program.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum for children aged 5–12; manage lesson plans, calendars, and family communications.
• Oversee budget, billing, revenue reporting, and financial compliance with the accounting department.
• Maintain staff schedules, supervise staff performance, and lead meetings and trainings.
• Ensure classroom and play areas are safe, clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Foster positive communication with families, school personnel, and community partners.
• Provide on-site staff training and rosters, and coordinate seasonal breaks and theme planning.
• Contribute to outreach efforts and general operations to expand access to quality services.
