DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead end-to-end HR technology transformations. You will define the target-state architecture, oversee data migration and integration strategy, and mentor cross-functional teams across regional projects.

Join a large, global consulting environment and drive multi-country SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including cloud-hosted migrations, while ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery using the SAP Activate Methodology.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite implementations.
• Act as SME and Solution Architect across SAP SuccessFactors HR modules across all SAP Activate phases.
