Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end data migration workstream for an international HR transformation project. You will define the migration approach across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, payroll, time management and electronic personnel files, ensuring a consistent, well‑controlled approach across data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors data migration experience.
• Led end‑to‑end SAP HR data migration from discovery to post‑go‑live.

Responsibilities

• Own data migration strategy, scope and roadmap.
• Coordinate migration consultants across Employee Central, payroll and time management.
• Define source‑to‑target mapping, extraction, cleansing and loading.
• Establish data quality controls and issue‑resolution processes.
• Lead mock cycles, production migration and post‑go‑live validation.
