Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end data migration workstream for an international HR transformation project. You will define and govern the migration approach across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, payroll, time management, and electronic personnel files, ensuring a consistent, well-controlled approach across all data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, HR, Business Admin, Data Management, or related field.
• 6-10 years of progressive SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience, including HR data migration delivery.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP HR data migration workstreams from discovery to post-go-live.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM master-data, organizational-management, payroll, and time-management data domains.
• English proficiency with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall data migration strategy, scope, roadmap, delivery plan, dependencies, governance, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead migration consultants for Employee Central, payroll, time management, and electronic personnel files.
• Lead source-data discovery, profiling, and assessment across legacy systems.
• Oversee mapping, extraction, transformation, cleansing, load controls, and reconciliation with teams.
• Define migration rules for HR master data and time-related data.
• Establish data-quality controls, validation rules, and issue-resolution processes.
• Plan and lead mock migration cycles and production cutover activities.
• Coordinate payroll-data validation with German payroll SMEs.
• Own the migration cutover plan including data freezes and delta loads.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure documentation and handover materials.
• Mentor team members and promote reusable templates and controls.
