Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Architect/Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end HR technology transformations. You will own the solution architecture across all SAP SuccessFactors modules, guide integrations, data migration, and cross-functional teams in a global context.

You will mentor consultants, participate in pre-sales, and help shape the roadmap for enterprise HR landscapes at scale, with a hybrid work arrangement and strong DXC benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as Architect/Lead.
• 10–15 years in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and multi-country rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM architecture across all phases.
• Mentor functional and technical teams throughout the project.
• Lead integration strategy, data migration and test planning.
• Drive pre-sales architecture assessments and proposals.
• Ensure security, compliance and quality across deliverables.
