DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end data migration workstream for an international HR transformation project. You will govern the migration across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, payroll, time management, and electronic personnel files, coordinating stakeholders and driving alignment across migration consultants and business data owners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end data migration in HR transformation projects.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functional, technical, and legal domains.
• Ability to establish governance templates, controls, and transparent reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data migration strategy and delivery plan for HR transformation.
• Lead migration consultants for Employee Central, payroll, time management, and personnel files.
• Oversee source-to-target mapping, extraction, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, and loading.
• Define migration rules for HR master data, payroll results, and time data.
• Establish data-quality controls, validation rules, and reconciliation methods.
• Plan mock migration cycles, production cutover, and post-go-live validation.
• Coordinate payroll-data validation with payroll SMEs.
• Own the migration cutover plan, including data freezes and delta loads.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; provide progress reporting and documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote reusable templates and lessons learned.
