Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with deep SAP HCM and extensive SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central integration expertise. The role focuses on reviewing, coordinating, and implementing interface changes, and providing expert HR guidance within a hybrid SAP HCM – SuccessFactors environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with PA/OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong analytical skills for integration requirements and data integrity.
• ABAP basics to support collaboration with development teams.
• Excellent English communication and a proactive, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate change requests for SAP HCM → SF interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
• Manage and implement interface adjustments using BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, and file interfaces.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SF EC.
• Provide expert HR guidance and define requirements in a hybrid SAP HCM / SF environment.
• Coordinate external service providers for interfaces implementation and maintenance.
• Participate in demand management: effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning.
