Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Warsaw team, focusing on SAP HCM and integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central in a hybrid SAP HCM–SuccessFactors environment.

The role involves reviewing, coordinating, and implementing interface changes, providing expert HR support, and collaborating with external service providers to ensure seamless data flow and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Strong analytical skills and focus on data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze change requests for SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
• Manage interface adjustments using BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flows between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Collaborate with HR to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment.
• Coordinate external service providers for interfaces.
• Participate in demand management: effort estimation, prioritization, resource planning.
