Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central in a hybrid SAP HCM environment. You will review change requests, coordinate interface adjustments, and provide expert guidance to HR teams.

In this role you will analyze SAP HCM interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT), manage external providers, and support demands with effort estimation and resource planning. Strong English and a proactive, independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of SAP HCM experience, including PA/OM/Payroll/Time Management.
• Strong SAP HCM-SuccessFactors integration knowledge (read/write).
• Excellent analytical skills for complex integration requirements.
• Basic ABAP knowledge to support cooperation with development teams.
• Excellent English communication.
• Independent, organized, proactive senior consultant.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate change requests concerning SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
• Manage and implement interface adjustments using existing integration technologies (BIB, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces).
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Provide expert advice and work closely with HR for requirements and design in a hybrid SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment.
• Coordinate and manage external service providers involved in interfaces maintenance.
• Participate in demand management processes with effort estimation and resource planning.
