Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with deep SAP HCM expertise and extensive experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will review, coordinate, and implement interface changes while advising HR on solutions within a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment.

Key duties include analyzing change requests for SAP HCM → SF interfaces, coordinating external providers, and participating in demand management and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM, Payroll, Time Management)
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong analytical skills for complex integration
• Basic ABAP knowledge to support development teams
• Excellent communication in English
• Independent, organized, and proactive at senior consultant level

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate change requests for SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT)
• Manage and implement interface adjustments using BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, and file interfaces
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Provide expert advice and collaborate with HR to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment
• Coordinate and manage external service providers for interfaces
• Participate in demand management processes, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning
