Job summary

LeverX, Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in Poland. You will lead design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, ensuring compliance with PIT, ZUS, and PPK requirements.

You will coordinate parallel payroll runs, validate results, and deliver end-user training while collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP HCM consulting or similar.
• Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
• Proven SAP HCM implementations across multiple cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations (PIT, ZUS, PPK).
• Experience configuring wage types and gross-to-net calculations.
• Understanding HR policies, Polish labor law, and payroll compliance.
• Payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, PIT, ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, and PPK.
• Implement and configure processes related to PKZP/KZP.
• Conduct parallel payroll runs, validate payroll results, and coordinate testing activities.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT to ensure compliance with Polish regulations.
• Analyze existing payroll processes and recommend SAP-based improvements.

REquired skills:

7+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .

Proven experience with SAP HCM implementations , including multiple implementation cycles.

Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations , including PIT, ZUS, and PPK requirements.

Experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.

Understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law , and payroll compliance requirements.

Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• English B2+ and Polish B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations with other SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP Concur.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution design, or pre-sales activities.

• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify potential improvements, and recommend effective SAP-based solutions.
