Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Senior SAP Authorization Consultant to design, implement, and optimize SAP security and authorization concepts across S/4HANA environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure access management.

Join the Global Delivery Center PBS and support SAP security in complex global projects for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on risk analysis, SoD, and governance, while contributing to continuous improvement of security processes. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant in complex SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security and Authorization concepts, role design, and user administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and authorization management across modules.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure role and authorization designs.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and access governance in line with security policies and compliance standards.

Your role

Join a global SAP team delivering complex digital transformation programs for international clients. As a Senior SAP Authorization Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP security and authorization concepts across modern SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and business-oriented access management while supporting clients on their transformation journey.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your profile

• proven experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant in complex SAP environments;
• strong knowledge of SAP Security and Authorization concepts, role design, and user administration;
• hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and authorization management across multiple SAP modules;
• understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, audit, and governance requirements;
• experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects;
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively;
• excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
