Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Mid-Level SAP Technical Consultant who combines ABAP development with an interest in AI-driven SAP solutions. You will join the PBS department within the GDC, collaborating with SAP specialists to deliver innovative, AI-enabled SAP services to global clients.

You will work across SAP landscapes, explore SAP BTP, cloud-native tools, and AI integrations, with mentoring and real project exposure to accelerate growth toward an SAP AI Architect role.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ABAP development and SAP integrations.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP and related SAP technologies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Support integrations, extensions, and custom developments across SAP landscapes.
• Explore and implement modern SAP technologies, including SAP BTP and cloud-based services.
• Participate in AI-driven initiatives leveraging SAP Business AI and Generative AI capabilities.
• Contribute to innovation workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments.
• Continuously develop your skills through training, certifications, and hands-on project experience.
• Grow towards a future role as an SAP AI Architect, helping clients adopt intelligent SAP solutions.

Your profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP.
• Understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Interest in modern SAP technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Passion for Generative AI, AI-powered business applications, and emerging technologies.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori/UI5, RAP, CAP, or cloud technologies will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of German will be considered a great asset.
