MKS Instruments, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Ariba Administrator to support ongoing developments of our SAP Ariba environment, focusing on Buying, P2P, Sourcing and SLP.

You will drive technical optimization and independently implement new requirements, acting as the primary Ariba contact for technical issues. The role requires 4+ years in Ariba administration, strong English, cross‑department collaboration, and experience with configuration, integrations, and release management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an Ariba Administrator role or similar environment.
• Experience with SAP Ariba modules Buying, P2P, Sourcing, and SLP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across departments and coordinate time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience with system configuration, integration scenarios, and release management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact person for SAP Ariba regarding technical issues and incidents.
• Administration of SAP Ariba modules Buying, P2P, Sourcing, SLP.
• First-level support for end users regarding technical system issues.
• Maintain user roles and permissions; configure and maintain business rules.
• Perform import/export of file loads and re-routing of approvals for purchase requisitions.
• Provide guidance for custom catalogs and assist with enabling punchout vendors.
• Ensure policies are applied to purchasing transactions in Ariba.
• Create and manage Ariba Master Data information.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and design new functionalities.
• Coordinate tests for updates and new releases.
• Create and maintain process and system documentation.
• Evaluate new Ariba features and releases for relevance.

As a Senior SAP Ariba Administrator, you will support the operations in ongoing developments of our SAP Ariba environment—with a focus on the modules Buying, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).
