Job summary

Dhan AI is hiring a Senior Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Engineer to design, configure and optimize our field operations platform for fiber installations, upgrades, and repairs. You will tailor the dispatch console, implement automated routing, and customize the mobile app for field crews, enabling seamless, real-time updates.

The role also involves integrating SFS with order orchestration engines to automatically trigger service appointments as orders finalize.

Qualifications

5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3+ years in SFS.
Strong knowledge of SFS optimization, scheduling, and real-time dispatch.
Experience configuring the SFS mobile app, offline capability and flows.
Understanding of telecom field operations and FTTH deployments.
Proficiency with Flow automation and developer tools (Apex, LWC).

Responsibilities

SFS Core Configuration: design and configure Service Appointments, Work Orders, and related entities.
Scheduling & Optimization: develop scheduling policies and automated routing to boost efficiency.
Dispatch Console Customization: tailor dispatcher views and maps for real-time visibility.
Mobile App Execution: customize SFS mobile app with offline layouts and flows for field techs.
Order-to-Dispatch Automation: build integrations linking SFS with order orchestration platforms.
Inventory Management: configure SFS inventory and asset tracking for parts and stock.
