Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Regular/Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and support the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role focuses on Salesforce Sales Cloud development, Agentforce configuration, and integrations, requiring strong API knowledge and automation skills. Collaboration with international stakeholders is essential, with a high emphasis on security and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
