Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management (BAM) in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Engineering Lead to join our Corporate Applications team. You will design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, lead a team of developers and collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce with Apex and LWC.
• Experience designing Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, security and sharing.
• Proficiency in Flow Builder and reports/dashboards.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering and architecture: design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and Flow Builder.
• Own architectural decisions across data models, integrations, access controls and sharing.
• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce and application developers.
• Partner with product management to shape requirements and deliver from design to release.
• Establish engineering practices: version control, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation and change management.
• Build reusable tooling and patterns to improve delivery speed.
