Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a Salesforce Developer to shape and extend our global Salesforce ecosystem. This fully remote role is based in Poland and offers collaboration with stakeholders across regions, focusing on scalable, configuration‑first solutions to drive digital transformation.

You will develop across Service Cloud and related clouds, implement Apex/Lightning components, and promote coding standards while partnering with IT teams to deliver integrated, secure, and high‑impact Salesforce

Qualifications

University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
5+ years hands‑on advanced Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Clouds; consulting experience preferred.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, II and Platform App Builder Certifications required.
Salesforce Sales, Service, Community (Experience) Cloud Consultant Certifications preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, application lifecycle management, OO programming, system integration, ETL tools and webservices.
Experience developing across multiple Salesforce and external systems (ERP, web applications, data strategy, reporting).
Strong organizational, communication and writing skills.
Agile project management experience required.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with changing priorities across multiple projects.
Familiar with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, Oracle ERP, Informatica, Marketo.

Responsibilities

Serve as hands‑on developer for Salesforce initiatives across multiple instances, integrations, and applications through design, development, testing, and implementation.
Develop and deploy solutions supporting deployment and evolution in Agentforce & Data360 for UL’s transition to an agentic enterprise.
Develop Apex and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
Develop UI with Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key applications.
Maintain 100% compliance with security policies and change controls.
Lead Salesforce coding standards and reusable patterns for the team.
Write technical design docs and perform code reviews.
Provide training and guidance to the team as needed.
Provide technical support and end-user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements.
Performs other duties as directed.
