Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Salesforce expert to join a 6-member team in Poland. You will serve as an internal technical authority for our global Salesforce ecosystem, working in a hybrid model with in-office collaboration twice weekly.

You will design robust solutions with Apex and LWC, migrate legacy systems, mentor Admins, and integrate Salesforce with AI tools and external APIs within an Agile SCRUM setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in similar Salesforce roles; impact over years
• Deep hands-on knowledge of declarative Salesforce features (Flows, Security Model, Permission Sets) and programmatic skills (Apex, LWC, Sales & Service Cloud, Knowledge)
• Experience migrating legacy products and refactoring for platform modernization
• Proven track record managing large-scale cross-system integrations from inception to delivery
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce DX, automated testing and continuous delivery in an Agile environment
• Fluent English; proactive and self-driven with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architect to design robust Salesforce solutions
• Drive migration of legacy systems to Salesforce and modernize components
• Build and optimize Apex, LWC, and Lightning components; uphold high code quality
• Mentor Salesforce Administrators on best practices and troubleshooting
• Integrate Salesforce with AI tools (Salesforce Einstein, AI Agents) and external REST/SOAP APIs
• Drive DevOps practices and SCRUM-based Agile workflows
