WithSecure is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of our Salesforce platform. You will shape solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce Revenue Management, integrating CPQ, subscription management, and billing to support the lead-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development, 5+ years Salesforce hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, vector-search, or RAG-based solutions is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable designs and secure implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce Revenue Management including CPQ and billing.
• Translate complex lead-to-cash, pricing, and service requirements into scalable data models and Salesforce components.
• Lead architecture decisions, mentor developers, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• Build robust integrations with ERP, HR, and cloud platforms; manage API consumption and deployment lifecycle.
