Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Salesforce developer to join our team, focused on our core digital platform that connects us with Health Care Professionals globally. Take ownership of our Health Care CRM, build new features, optimize CI/CD, and ensure quality through code reviews.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integration patterns). Veeva knowledge is a huge plus!
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
• AI-tools knowledge is also a plus!
• Clear and effective technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and system enhancements.
• Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our core CRM platform, planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust monitoring and observability, and contribute to release management processes.
• Participate in technical design discussions, lead code reviews, and help define best practices.
