Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a balanced role covering custom development, platform administration, and Service Desk support. You will deliver Apex/LWC and Flow solutions while ensuring daily operational health across our Salesforce orgs.

The role requires 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, proficiency in English, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset within an Agile environment. Hybrid working with offices across Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Flow, and data modeling.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing.
• Strong English communication (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex/LWC and declarative flows across Salesforce orgs.
• Design robust flows and validation rules following best practices.
• Review pull requests and participate in architectural decisions.
• Handle Service Desk tickets and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Manage user access, security, objects, and dashboards.
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations and release deployments.
• Collaborate with business users to refine requirements.
