Job summary

Square One Resources Poland is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a client project focused on Salesforce Service Cloud. You will design, implement, and refine solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow, delivering robust service processes.

You will work on Case Management, Service Console, automation, Omni-Channel, and integrations with external systems, ensuring production readiness and reliable deployments while mentoring junior teammates when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Configuring and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, and automation.
• Analyzing requirements, troubleshooting, developing unit tests, and supporting deployments.
• Designing integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
