Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd in Poland seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a global, remote team focused on delivering Service Cloud solutions. You will build and customize using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow, integrate with enterprise systems, and shape scalable, secure customer service platforms.

This role requires hands-on expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC, plus strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development including Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Proven experience building/integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Service Cloud: Case Management, Service Console, automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, comms, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Comfortable working independently in a global remote environment.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud apps using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
• Design and optimize customer service processes: case management, routing, escalation, resolution.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC.
• Collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support performance, data integrity, security, testing, deployments, and platform improvements.
• Participate in technical design discussions and promote Salesforce best practices.
