Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ, to lead end-to-end CPQ strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise clients. You will own product modeling, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms like Logik.ai in ServiceNow, aligning solutions with client revenue models and digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise consulting or solution architecture.
• At least 3+ years focused on CPQ, Quote‑to‑Cash, B2B commerce or complex product configurations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, commerce platforms, and middleware.
• Hands‑on experience with modern web and integration technologies (JavaScript, REST/SOAP, APIs).
• Experience in digital commerce or customer experience transformation is a strong plus.
• Background in Manufacturing and B2B is nice to have.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable architectural plans.
• Proven experience designing or implementing AI‑driven workflows or leveraging AI insights to improve service operations.

Responsibilities

• Solution & Project Delivery: act as primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives.
• Solution Design: model products, pricing, discounts, approvals, contracts, and downstream order fulfillment; lead architecture for custom configurators.
• Integration Architecture: design scalable architectures integrating with commerce platforms, ERP, CDPs, middleware.
• Technical Discovery: conduct discovery, map current/future state processes, produce documentation.
• Hands‑On Development: contribute to configuration and development; troubleshoot issues and ensure quality.
• Issue Resolution: troubleshoot complex issues to maintain momentum.
• Team Leadership: mentor consultants and developers; set CPQ design and delivery standards.
• Pre‑Sales Support: scope engagements and articulate CPQ value to clients.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to accelerators and stay current with trends.
