N-able Technologies Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build a Rust-based cross-platform agent for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and own significant projects while advancing testing, automation, and observability.

The role offers a base salary from 21,000 PLN gross per month, with bonus eligibility and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Rust, C++, or other systems languages for production-grade software.
• Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Knowledge of OS concepts, networking, file systems, and process behavior.
• Experience with multi-language codebases (Rust and C/C++).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work on complex challenges.
• Familiarity with modern development practices: testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience developing software in Rust, C++, or other systems programming languages, with an interest in building production-grade system-level software.
• Experience working across one or more operating systems, including Windows, Linux, or macOS.
• Understanding of operating system concepts, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior.
• Experience integrating or working with multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Experience with modern development practices, including testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems such as Cargo and CMake.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from and support others.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 21,000.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
