Talanto in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build a new cross‑platform agent using Rust, targeting Windows, Linux, and macOS. You will design, develop, and own core platform capabilities with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.

Build capabilities that integrate deeply with Windows, Linux, and macOS.

What You'll Bring

Strong experience developing software in Rust, C++, or other systems programming languages, with an interest in building production-grade system-level software.

Experience working across one or more operating systems, including Windows, Linux, or macOS.

Understanding of operating system concepts, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior.

Experience integrating or working with multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.

Experience with modern development practices, including testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems such as Cargo and CMake.

A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from and support others.
