N-able Technologies Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build a Rust-based cross-platform agent for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and own significant projects while advancing testing, automation, and observability.

The role offers a base salary from 21,000 PLN gross per month, with bonus eligibility and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Rust, C++, or other systems languages for production-grade software.
Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Knowledge of OS concepts, networking, file systems, and process behavior.
Experience with multi-language codebases (Rust and C/C++).
Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work on complex challenges.
Familiarity with modern development practices: testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.
Build deep integrations with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
Develop reliable, secure, and high-performing system software.
Collaborate across disciplines to solve customer challenges.
Apply modern engineering practices including testing, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Help improve development processes and tooling.
