Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a senior software developer to design and implement scalable MCP servers and automation in an agile setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance CI/CD practices, deploy AI-enabled services, and ensure secure, reliable enterprise system interactions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and strong communication while offering a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Experience in Python/Shell/ Bash/Java/Go to build MCP servers.
CI/CD experience in large enterprise tech stack.
Hands-on experience deploying and scaling MCP in complex environments.
Understanding of SRE/DevOps/CI/CD.
Strong analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication, both written and oral.
Knowledge of Grafana/Splunk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop quality and scalable software in an agile environment.
Collaborate with Citi Developer Services to automate processes and integrate AI services.
Build and maintain MCP servers for secure interaction with enterprise systems.
Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, controls, and configurations.
