Job summary

Citi Technology—Citi Solutions Center Poland—is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE-focused Software Engineer to automate manual processes, deploy MCP servers, and integrate AI tools within Citi’s enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to enhance resiliency, scalability, and efficiency in a fast‑paced setting.

Bring hands-on experience with CI/CD, Python/Shell scripting, and model context protocols, along with strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Senior software developer with scripting in Python/Shell/Bash/Java/Go and experience building MCP servers.
Experience in CI/CD within large enterprise tech stacks is required.
Hands-on deployment and scaling of MCP in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of SRE/DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop quality and scalable software solutions in an agile environment.
Collaborate with developers and engineers to automate manual/repetitive tasks using CI/CD tools.
Automate activities, reporting, and controls; build MCP servers for secure AI interactions.
Improve system resiliency and coordinate investigations of production issues.
Contribute to enterprise-wide automation and integration with AI tools.
