Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate a product-driven, highly automated multi-cloud provisioning platform in Poznań. You will act as a core technical authority, driving automation and reliability standards while mentoring the team.

You will architect reliability across production stacks, implement end-to-end automation, and lead RCA to prevent incidents. Strong English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of AWS expertise including architecting and troubleshooting cloud environments.
• Proven production experience provisioning and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Ability to make architectural decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Architect reliability, scalability, and performance of the multi-cloud platform.
• Implement end-to-end automation to reduce manual toil.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on SDLC reliability and security.
• Design robust incident detection, triage, and RCA processes.
• Audit operations to remove bottlenecks and single points of failure.
