Job summary

Nasdaq in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Specialist Business Analyst who will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications and support product improvements.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Development, and QA teams, own data models and validation logic, and act as a domain expert in regulatory reporting for broker-dealer frameworks. Hybrid work available, in-office at least 3 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in RegTech or financial services technology is preferred.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer regulatory reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into structured functional specifications.
• Create data models, field-level definitions, reporting logic, validations, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Development and QA to ensure accurate implementation and support testing.
• Identify gaps and edge cases in regulations and propose practical solutions.
• Act as expert in regulatory reporting and support client queries and issue resolution.
