Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS or related field.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project implementation and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of capital markets and trading concepts for clients.
• Familiarity with relational databases and trading data standards.
• Strong interpersonal and client-focused communication across EMEA hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business and system requirements end-to-end.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships through implementation and support.
• Support design, development, testing and go-live phases to meet requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on new functionality.
• Contribute to project planning, scope, scheduling and stakeholder alignment.
