Scrambly S.r.l. is seeking a Mid-Senior Recruiter to own dedicated hiring streams end-to-end, from requisition to offer. You’ll headhunt across Europe, run data-driven pipelines, and fix blockers without waiting to be asked.

Prior in-house experience at a fast-growing company is essential. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, design search strategies, and manage stakeholders to deliver exceptional hires at pace.

Formación

• 3+ years in international recruitment, full-cycle.
• At least 1 year in-house at a fast-paced growth company.
• Experience with technical and business hiring across functions.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on with enterprise ATS.
• Hiring manager management—end-to-end ownership.
• Offer negotiation and closing—self-driven.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics.
• Owner mentality and high energy.
• Bias for action and direct communication.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Own every requisition from open to offer, researching the role and market.
• Run sharp kick-off calls with hiring managers to align on profile and process.
• Design the search strategy, inbound and active sourcing as needed.
• Source actively, building pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Set up the funnel by publishing job postings and building automated flows.
• Screen candidates and maintain momentum with structured feedback.
• Manage hiring managers, keeping them aligned and informed across roles.
• Close by negotiating offers and terms with candidates.
• Live in the data by analyzing pipelines and pass rates to fix bottlenecks.
