The role emphasizes modern C++ standards (C++17/20), real-time behavior, reliability, and long lifecycle support, with opportunities to mentor teams and influence architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical or architecture roles.
• Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with RAII, smart pointers, STL.
• Proven experience in multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous I/O and real-time design.
• Cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.
• Experience with containerization and microservices patterns; performance profiling.
• Knowledge of testing techniques and frameworks.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design for real-time operation and latency requirements.
• Architect interop layers between C++ cores and services (.NET, Rust) with low latency.
• Drive performance profiling, memory optimization, and scalability improvements.
• Mentor teams on architecture, best practices, and code quality in critical paths.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear designs.
• Guide build tooling, dependency management, and secure software supply chains.
• Ensure cross‑platform Linux/Windows deployment and modernization.
