Senior React Developer with NX and AI

Job summary

Xebia is seeking a skilled frontend engineer to develop and maintain modern web applications from Poland. You will design scalable frontend solutions, build reusable interfaces, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software driven by AI-assisted tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and the latest tooling, plus the ability to work with AI-enabled development workflows and MCP concepts. A valid Polish work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with the latest React version and React Compiler.
• Experience working with NX, pnpm, and Vite.
• Strong knowledge of MUI and Emotion.
• Experience building and documenting reusable components with Storybook.
• Practical experience with React Hook Form and Zod or Superstruct.
• Experience with TanStack Query and Zustand.
• Strong testing experience with Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Familiar with modern frontend development tools such as ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Commitizen, and Commitlint.
• Hands‑on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
• Understand effective AI‑assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, code review, and testing.
• Understand MCP (Model Context Protocol), its benefits, and relevant use cases.
• Understand the differences between AI models, including their capabilities and costs, and can select the appropriate model depending on the use case.
