Job summary

Xebia is seeking a skilled front-end engineer in Poland to develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript. You will design scalable interfaces, build reusable components with Storybook, and collaborate across product teams to deliver high-quality software. Knowledge of NX, Vite, MUI, and AI-assisted tools is essential.

Work from Poland with a valid permit is required. You’ll join a team focused on AI-driven digital transformation, with strong emphasis on engineering

Qualifications

5+ years of frontend React experience in a product-driven environment.
Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript in modern tooling.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern web applications.
Design scalable frontend solutions and reusable components.
Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions.
Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, and automation.
Improve development processes and tooling for better DX.
Adopt AI-assisted workflows across planning, implementation, review, and testing.
Familiarity with MCP and model-context considerations.
