Job summary

Xebia is seeking a skilled frontend engineer to develop and maintain modern web applications from Poland. You will design scalable frontend solutions, build reusable interfaces, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software driven by AI-assisted tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and the latest tooling, plus the ability to work with AI-enabled development workflows and MCP concepts. A valid Polish work permit is required.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
Hands‑on experience with the latest React version and React Compiler.
Experience working with NX, pnpm, and Vite.
Strong knowledge of MUI and Emotion.
Experience building and documenting reusable components with Storybook.
Practical experience with React Hook Form and Zod or Superstruct.
Experience with TanStack Query and Zustand.
Strong testing experience with Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
Familiar with modern frontend development tools such as ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Commitizen, and Commitlint.
Hands‑on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
Understand effective AI‑assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, code review, and testing.
Understand MCP (Model Context Protocol), its benefits, and relevant use cases.
Understand the differences between AI models, including their capabilities and costs, and can select the appropriate model depending on the use case.
