Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks an experienced QA leader to guide testing across Web and enterprise products, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will manage the testing team, define test strategy and metrics, oversee test plans and automation efforts, and collaborate with product, development and operations to align with business goals. The role offers office presence in Warsaw or Gdansk with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing testing teams and executing test plans
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, QA metrics, SDLC
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes; ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing application testing and providing direction on testing tools, test case documentation, best practices and test plan execution
• Supporting project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases for Web products
• Leading end-to-end and regression testing for existing company products
• Producing reliable assessments of software readiness
• Overseeing and improving QA metrics and testing standards
• Supporting automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies
• Participating in design and testing sessions across enterprise teams
• Updating testing strategy and scope with a strong focus on test concepts
• Reviewing third-party testing tools and proposing changes to current tools set
• Providing SME input in troubleshooting data quality, system integration, and analytics issues
• Conveying technical findings and recommendations to product development and business teams
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with strategic objectives
